Hi and Welcome

You can call me “Len” (short for “Lennox”), most people do.

I don’t know your story, but imagine it will be full of events and people you treasure.

From experience, looking back at a memory, a snippet of time, captured through a simple photograph brings such joy.

I like to be that almost invisible person capturing those moments that will stay with you forever.

Here are a few things about me.

I am a Christian, married with Children and live in a place called Thornton Heath on the outskirts of London, England.

I am a photographer with a passion for capturing beautiful, often contemporary, natural images.

A Little Story

One day, a really sad thought came to me - "I don’t have a single photograph of my father, mother, brothers and sisters altogether."

Surely one must exist somewhere? Well if it does, I really can’t remember what it looks like and no idea where it could be.

There will be one where we are part of a bigger group, but a family portrait? Nope.

Still unable to believe my discovery, I consulted one of my brothers in the hope that he would be able to correct me.

Unfortunately he just confirmed my fears.

Both parents have passed away, which means there is nothing I can do about the absence of a family portrait.

So how could this happen to a family of 7 people, all living under the same roof? I really don’t have a good enough answer. Perhaps we were too busy with matters of the day, that no one thought about having a family portrait. We just didn’t realise that one day it might be wanted.

With my own family, portraits have become more important.
